Cvander:

I love to collect stories from all over the world. More about me.
I'm an Entrepreneur, founder of Maestros del Web. Why do I blog in English?

I would love to filter services in FriendFeed

FriendFeed StatsAfter a few days using it, FriendFeed is becoming a great tool for me. Following pictures, links, facebook status and other stuff in a single feed makes a lot of sense. I’m also looking forward for the AIR app.

But, the main content in FriendFeed is twitter and I’m already dealing with that trough twitterific and im.

So, how about a filter where I chose wich services I want to follow from my Friends? I’d love to filter all those tweets away. Marilink is also requesting something similar.

that’s why I preffer SocialThing than FriendFeed, you only see the last 3 items from a contact/service, but still can request see all other items for the same user.

BTW: I just removed Twitter from my FriendFeed, it’s useless follow twitter there.

@j_aroche, I also ereased my twitter account from FriendFeed. ;)

I like SocialThing but I guess FriendFeed is going to achive the mainstream sooner thanks to the team and promotion they’re getting.

Thanks for the great feedback. Purely by coincidence, we added this capability yesterday. Click “Hide” under an entry, and you can hide that server from an individual user or hide the service altogether. Let us know if the feature does not meet your needs.

Thanks for taking the time to write up feedback on the product.
